Entrants must give adequate notice to the arbiter if they will not be available to play any round as published. The arbiter may permit the game to be played at another time if both players agree.

If players do not provide sufficient notice they may be withdrawn from the tournament at the arbiter's discretion.

The following codes are used to note absences for each tournament.

Please remember that preliminary pairings will be updated and may be redrawn just before start of play to allow for the inclusion of results of postponed games and the removal from the draw of any missing players. As a result the assigned pairing or colour may change. You must notify the webmaster or call the Club Mobile (0409 259 490) if, for any reason, you wish to ensure that you play the published pairing.
