• A 10 player round robin tournament, with players position in the draw decided by lot
• Clocks start 7:30pm
• Rate of play: 90  minutes plus 30 seconds per move from move one.  Players are required to score to the end
• ACF rated
• FIDE rated
  Note that it is an absolute requirement that all games are played and no forfeits can be given or received
